ON Consulting Group becomes a Member of the Japan New Zealand Business Council (JNZBC)

ON Consulting Group are proud to announce that ON Consulting Group has become a member of the prestigious Japan New Zealand Business Council (JNZBC).
In joining co-founder Catherine said: “Joining JNZBC is something I had always dreamed of from my early days as a lawyer in private practice back in New Zealand. I used to see JNZBC in the media and look on from afar considering membership of such an esteemed group to be an unattainable distant dream because I didn’t think a small actor like meyself could join an organisation with so many prominent big hitters in the Japan and New Zealand business community. Thanks to the evolution of JNZBC and its embracing of diverse and inclusive members, it’s become possible to join JNZBC as ON Consulting Group. It is my absolute delight to have now realise my dream of being a part of #teamjnzbc. Along with Jayne, we are looking forward to truly supporting JNZBC Japanese member companies to develop, promote and inspire authentic female leadership in their companies and to be the role models for female leaders. I look forward to welcoming women and male allies into our three Switch-ON signature programs in the future.”
In joining JNZBC co-founder of ON Consulting Group Jayne said: “The JNZBC has a long and esteemed history and it is such a thrill to join this organisation and help work towards building more bridges between Japan and New Zealand. As we work towards helping Japan to achieve the goals it has set itself for bringing more women into leadership and board roles, being part of this supportive network will be a great boost to our efforts and the results we would like to bring to fruition. As two women with extensive experience between Japan and New Zealand in a wide range of facets of life and business, we know that we can help create real change that benefits both countries.”
